I work with individuals, teams, and organisations who are ready to grow — but aren't sure exactly where to start, or what's getting in the way. My job is to help you get clear, get unstuck, and get moving.
Before becoming a coach, I spent years as a top management consultant for one of Europe's leading telco providers, working closely with their board of management on strategy, leadership, and digital transformation. I hold an M.Sc. in Business Information Systems (Wirtschaftsinformatik) from TU Darmstadt — an engineering background that shapes how I think: systems-minded, pragmatic, and focused on what actually works. It's also why I particularly enjoy coaching engineering leads and technical professionals stepping into broader leadership roles.
I use a systemic approach — looking at you in context, not in isolation. Your role, your team, your organisation, your patterns. Change in one area tends to ripple into others.
