The Walking Day

One full day. One person. Moving through landscape, thinking out loud, going deeper than a room allows. Coaching at its most human — unhurried, undistracted, entirely yours.

Why Walking

Something shifts when you move

Side-by-side conversation is different from face-to-face. Walking dissolves status. The rhythm creates space between thoughts. What stays stuck in a coaching room often loosens on a trail. Research on walking meetings consistently shows increased creative thinking and a greater willingness to say difficult things out loud.

This isn't outdoor therapy. It's rigorous, structured coaching — focused on a real leadership challenge, a transition, or a decision that matters. We just do it somewhere that helps.

The Day

What a Walking Day looks like

08:30
Arrival & framing
We meet at the trailhead. Coffee. A short conversation about where you are and what this day is for.
09:00 – 12:30
Morning walk — the problem
We walk for 3–4 hours. You talk. I listen, ask, and push. We map the real challenge — not the presenting version.
12:30 – 13:30
Lunch break
A proper pause. Good food, no agenda. Space to let the morning settle.
13:30 – 16:00
Afternoon walk — the way forward
Back on the trail with what emerged in the morning. Turning insight into something actionable.
16:00 – 17:00
Closing session
We sit down. I share my observations. We build a clear, written commitment to take forward.
