One full day. One person. Moving through landscape, thinking out loud, going deeper than a room allows. Coaching at its most human — unhurried, undistracted, entirely yours.
ScrollSide-by-side conversation is different from face-to-face. Walking dissolves status. The rhythm creates space between thoughts. What stays stuck in a coaching room often loosens on a trail. Research on walking meetings consistently shows increased creative thinking and a greater willingness to say difficult things out loud.
