Sometimes the most useful thing a leader can do is find out how their leadership actually lands — through the eyes of the people around them.
The Pulse Process
You select 3–6 colleagues, peers, or direct reports. They respond to a short structured questionnaire designed around leadership clarity and communication in complex situations. André aggregates the patterns and debriefs them with you across two focused sessions.
The goal isn't a report to file. It's an honest external read on where you create clarity, where you create confusion — and what one concrete shift would make the biggest difference.
