Terms & Conditions – Workshops & Retreats

1. Scope

These terms apply to all workshop, retreat, and group programme bookings with Your Next Step (André Munzinger), including but not limited to the Basecamp Leadership Retreat, Summit Leadership Offsite, and the Expedition Programme.

2. Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed upon receipt of the deposit as stated in the programme information. The remaining balance is due no later than 4 weeks before the programme start date. Bookings made within 4 weeks of the start date require full payment at the time of booking.

3. Prices

All prices are stated net of VAT. According to § 19 UStG, VAT is not charged. Prices are final and inclusive of all stated programme components.

4. Cancellation by Participant

Cancellations must be made in writing (email to info@your-next-step.com). The following conditions apply:

Basecamp Leadership Retreat

8 or more weeks before the programme starts: 80% refund of total fee
4 to 8 weeks before the programme starts: 50% refund of total fee
Less than 4 weeks before, or no-show: no refund

Expedition Programme (12-month)

Before the first module: deposit only (non-refundable)
After the first module: no refund of remaining balance

Leadership Offsite / Summit

8 or more weeks before: 80% refund of total fee
4 to 8 weeks before: 50% refund of total fee
Less than 4 weeks before, or no-show: no refund

In the event of cancellation, you may nominate a substitute participant at no additional charge, subject to prior written agreement.

5. Cancellation by Your Next Step

Your Next Step reserves the right to cancel or postpone a programme in the event of insufficient registrations, force majeure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. In the event of cancellation by Your Next Step, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid. No further liability is accepted.

6. Programme Changes

Your Next Step reserves the right to make changes to programme content, schedule, facilitators, or venue where necessary. Material changes will be communicated in advance. Minor adjustments (e.g. schedule order, guest speakers) do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

7. Liability

Participants take part in outdoor activities at their own risk. Your Next Step carries appropriate liability insurance. Participants are responsible for ensuring their own fitness to participate and for having appropriate travel and health insurance.

8. Data Protection

Personal data collected in connection with programme bookings is processed in accordance with our Data Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Schwäbisch Hall, Germany.
