These Terms and Conditions apply to all individual (1:1) coaching services offered by André Munzinger – Your Next Step (hereinafter "Coach"), including discovery calls, single sessions, and multi-session packages. For workshops, retreats, and group programmes — including the Basecamp Leadership Retreat, Expedition Programme, and Leadership Offsites — see the separate Terms & Conditions for Workshops & Retreats.
Every coaching relationship begins with a free, no-obligation discovery call. This call does not constitute a binding agreement to proceed with coaching, and either party may decide not to continue at no cost.
A coaching package or single session is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Packages (4, 8, or 16 sessions) are invoiced as a single upfront payment at the start of the engagement. Single sessions are paid at the time of booking. All prices shown on the website are stated excluding VAT.
Coaching sessions are 60 minutes in length and take place remotely (video call) or in person where agreed in advance. Sessions are scheduled directly between Coach and client. Multi-session packages include between-session check-ins as described on the relevant package page; the scope of this support is informal and intended to support continuity between sessions, not to replace a session.
This applies equally to single sessions and to individual sessions within a multi-session package.
If a client wishes to discontinue a package before all sessions have been used:
Unused sessions in a package remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, after which they expire without refund.
All coaching conversations are confidential. The Coach will not share the content of sessions with any third party without the client's explicit written consent, except where required by law or where there is a genuine risk of harm to the client or others.
Coaching is a collaborative process aimed at supporting personal and professional development. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or medical advice. The Coach will recommend appropriate alternative support if a client's needs fall outside the scope of coaching, and reserves the right to decline or pause an engagement on this basis.
The Coach's liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence, loss of earnings, or consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Coaching outcomes depend substantially on the client's own engagement and actions; no specific result is guaranteed.
Personal data collected in connection with coaching bookings is processed in accordance with our Data Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by German law. Place of jurisdiction is Schwäbisch Hall, Germany.
